I am a self-motivated and progress-driven Indian Chef with an extensive background in the industry. With 8 years of successfully developing and executing strategies and a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I am certain to bring unparalleled value to Indian Restaurant as Indian Head Chef. Throughout the course of my career, I have honed techniques to identify, correctively plan, and remedy indian cuisine preparation. I am able to work on pan and tandoor and be efficient to turn around orders quickly during busy hours. I have experience in team management. I am a person who is a passionate about quality food! I have a desire to learn and a love of cooking. My previous experience working as Indian Chef for Indian Restaurant Kohinoor - Sofia, gave me a lot of experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques. In 2019 I opened my own restaurant with my wife in Bulgaria, Sofia – Indian Restaurant Dilwale. The customers were very satisfied. The restaurant became very popular and visited by honored guests as ambassadors. Unfortunately, due to the situation with the Corona virus, we had to close the restaurant. My expertise in speaking a lot of languages makes me a great addition to your team. I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Persian and Pashto languages. In my previous role, I was regarded for my teamwork, customer service and very fast cooking. I am open-minded with a strong focus on progressive solutions.
