I am an innovative vegan chef with a background in foraging and organic farming. When I am not in the kitchen, you can find me wandering the forests looking for Morels, Chanterelles and other sustainably harvested forest fare. I combine the fruits of the forest with ethically sourced organic produce utilizing modern cooking techniques to create unique, immersive dishes that are designed to enchant your senses. I believe that food is not just nourishment, but a unique cultural experience that can bring people together. As such, eating is an ethical act that can transform our world. We can feel good about what we eat and where it came from, but we can also enjoy the comlexities of flavor and even be healed by the simple act of eating.
