This position would give me a chance to prove to you that I'm really good n committed to give you 100% of me I have been a cook for the past 22 years I worked for companies including Ernest n young Sony bmg catering private lessons teaching people the fundamentals of operating a kitchen by mise en place that is the key for success in any work place I can perform any class of work from salads n veggies prep line work cooking foods for any country including American Italian spanish is are among some of my favorites but I am very successful n on point with any task I'm giving I do not tolerate a teamate who tries to cut corners that is unexpectable to me if ur not going to put your 100% into ur job then go home I don't need the distraction I don't mind teaching a Co worker the rules of a kitchen from proper sanitation all the way to a finished dinner as long as they are all in I want to run a funcutal work place we will be feeding our customers and putting a smile on their faces because they enjoyed their food is the greatest accomplishment I can ever have our customers are our air we need them to survive.
