I'm Kevin, a classically trained chef and Nutrition director. I bring years of experience and excellence to the kitchen, and provide top-quality food and nutrition services for clients across the Greater Houston area. I have years of experience in fine dining, international cuisine, and nutrition. I am highly skilled in creating nourishing meals to fit all diets and dietary restrictions. I am a Nutrition Director for a post acute care hospital and deal with highly specific diets and restrictions on a daily basis. Before making the switch to health care I spent 14 years as a chef in a number of fine dinning restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Honolulu. I always strive to deliver meals and service that exceeds my clients' needs. I am also well-versed in pastry and desserts.
