Hello there! My name is Dorothy and I started in the food industry at a young age. My family had a restaurant in Paterson for 10 years and we served Filipino and Spanish food. From a young age I would watch cooking shows on the weekends, write down recipes, and do food prep for the restaurant. I have experience volunteering and working in bakeries over the years. I’ve made cookies, cupcakes, French macarons, laminated and rolled croissants, made pie doughs and scones to name a few! Though I may have a sweet tooth, my skills go beyond and what I enjoy the most is connecting people together through food. Food is my medium and I’m forever a student. I love working with people and collaborating with you to ensure your needs are met, If you have a recipe in mind, I’m down to make it! Want to learn how to make food? I can teach you. Want ingredients cleaned, prepped and packed? Not a problem! Want meals prepared, labeled, and stored away so you have the time to spend with loved ones, I can deliver.
