My name is Chef JelsaRose, owner and sole proprietor of Amuze Personal Dining. I am in love with food, in love with feeding people and making them smile. You call it, I cook it. Includes consultation, menu planning, shopping, meal prep, plating and service. Special Diet Weekly Meal Prep: Custom menu creation based on dietary needs Once per week menu prep Each weeks meals pre-prepared, packaged and left with heating instructions Dinner Parties: Menu chosen from sample menu or customized for additional fee Plated and Served by Chef JelsaRose with verbal description of the dish at service Can include wine/beer pairing chosen by Chef for additional fee Menu choices must be pre-planned Includes shopping, prep, cook, serve and clean up. Romantic Dinner for Two: Customized menu or use of the sample menu Includes wine/beer pairing chosen by Chef Includes menu consultation and planning, shopping, prep, cook, serve and clean up. All in your home. Buffet Parties: Customized menu Chef will serve and explain to guests at hot plates Includes menu consultation and planning, shopping, prep, cook, serve and clean up. All in your home. Fun Girls/Guys Night: Prep, cook, service and lesson for 4 Invite 3 friends over to enjoy wine/beer chosen by Chef and hang out in the kitchen. Learn, ask questions, help, all while you enjoy drinks and company. Then let Chef serve your meal! This is daring and fun. Chef chooses the menu for this one. Just tell us what your likes and dislikes are, and look forward to being surprised. Any service can be customized to meet your needs. Not sure you will like my style? Let’s do a Tapas tasting. $50 fee will be included in your final bill as a credit if you choose to hire me. If not, keep me in mind for next time! Most events will range between $35 and $65 per head food cost based on agreed upon menu, it’s complexity, your head count, and the time needed in your home on the day of the event. Private chef services will be priced out based on scope of work, time length, etc. Weekly prep services are negotiated once your needs are understood. Payment Terms: Food cost will be determined and presented at menu creation for approval. Once you approve immediate payment for food will be due. Per head cost will be due upon my arrival at your home day of event. Payment Methods: Cash Credit Card Google Wallet Service Details/Sample Pricing: Menus can be completely customized to fit your needs – Per head prices range from $35-$65 Food Cost Based on per head price Food Cost (Per head price for customized menus will be calculated based on complexity and time needed in your home day of event and submitted for approval) Services Included: First and most important, client consultation. We will sit down, or discuss/email your preferences and those of your guests (unless sample menu chosen, then just have your guests chose from options). Chef JelsaRose will write a menu and will present to you for approval. This will include per head food cost. Once the menu is approved I will shop and prepare for your event. . Day of Event: I will arrive anywhere from 2-6 hours prior to guest arrival depending on complexity of menu and head count. All you need is a sink, sufficient counter space and a stove/oven. I will even provide the dishware based on the menu! I will prepare, and serve every course to include a brief description of the dish. Let your guests feel free to enter the kitchen. Ask questions and partake in the smells. After all, this is fine dining, in your home…..why not? I’m not shy! Then, as you all enjoy dessert I will be cleaning up and leaving your kitchen spotless. There is nothing for you to do but enjoy your guests and a lovely meal.
