I am a professional chef who utilizes influences from the various parts of the country I have lived in. I have worked in all positions at popular restaurants and over the past four years I have built up my experience and passion in the realm of being a private chef. I have learned Italian and seafood in Rhode Island, I have learned the secrets of great BBQ in North Carolina and I have learned all about the popular coastal gulf cuisine down here in Destin. I am very detailed oriented and strive to make my clients day by going the extra mile at every event. I provide upscale cuisine and flavors and pair it with a pleasant and unintimidating dining experience for everyone involved. Just because we are eating Filet Mignon and truffle risotto doesn't mean we can't have fun while we are doing it!
