I’m no culinary graduate. Instead I’m a dedicated worker that revolves his life around the idea of expressing himself with food. I’ve worked from scrubbing the dish room floors to wiping the finger prints off of a finished composed dish. I’ll revisit any of those tasks in between to further my knowledge of food. I bring great energy to my plates which reflects my attitude in the kitchen. I’ve been trained by an amazing fine dining chef from NYC and I’m grateful and passionate about what I can do with it. For the last 3 years I have been learning and creating dishes with the best Asian ingredient with French technique. I’m convinced every day there are opportunities to learn more and I’m ready to grow with whomever I work with.
