My name is Vanessa Lauren, I have over 10 years of culinary experience working with some of the biggest names in the current culinary world including Anthony Bourdain, Ludo Lefebvre, James Beard award winners Jon & Vinny, Marcus Samuelson, and Marcel Vigneron. My unique education in nutrition and culinary arts allows me to really customize the dining experience for my guests, so I can make couture menu based on any dietary needs or restrictions. I specialize in global fusion with a health conscious twist!
