My background includes hands-on restaurant and hotel food and beverage operations in national and international cuisine. I grew up in Mexico and I dominate Mexican cuisine. I went to culinary school in Institut Paul bocuse in Lyon, France and obtained a Sommelier degree from L'universite du Vin in southern France as well as working for some of the finest restaurants in France, Italy and Spain with up to 3 Michelin star rating.
