Small events or private dinners are my specialty. I love to create delicious multi course meals for your dinner party with wine pairing in the comfort of your own home (up to 35 guests). Or cook for your family suppers on a regular basis using fresh local ingredients from Vancouver Island. I also offer cooking classes with my wife, a dietitian, so we can delve into topics of nutrition as we cook together.
