I’m a versatile chef with many different styles I’m only 30 years old but I’m my past I’ve been lucky to learn and work with great cooks and chefs which help me become who I am today. I come from a Latin origin where flavor and presentation is everything. I can do authentic Latin cuisine from over 10 country’s, Italian cuisine, Mediterranean, French, Portuguese, Caribbean All-American, Southern, TexMex, I can keep going and going. Never really had a limit as far as exploring my cooking styles. I’m looking to be a private chef for special events or for a company or maybe even be part of a great team of cooks!
