Ms.schwehm I’ve known for a couple of years now, I’ve seen her blossom from a starting out culinary student to the wonderful gifted chef she is today! Every dish is memorable and leave you wanting more. I gave Ms. schwehm a shot when she first started out making my wedding dinner and I was very impressed. I had a 3 course meal for my husband and I, am amazing crab cake appetizer, garlic butter steak with stuffed baked potato’s as an entrees, and banana foster cheesecake for dessert. Everything was wonderful!
