Being single and having no family of my own, taking care of s family seems desirable and fulfilling
to me. I have over twenty years of management experience in the restaurant and spa
industries. I have a servant's heart and have excellent cooking skills. I’m just as confident in the
FOH as I am in the kitchen and have designed menus and recipes for years. My cooking
skills and knowledge are extensive and have had a focus on Italian, Mediterranean and Creole cuisines.
For the past several wears I have had a focus on vegetarian and gluten free cuisine. I am also enjoying
a life long study of wine and have begun to work my way through
The Court of Master Sommelier program .I am excited to see that you are in search of a personal household chef .
