Hello!
I am ready for anything! With 15 years in the kitchen, I have done my fair share under stress while being inspired to innovate and still be passionate for cooking. I have managed small kitchens, corporate kitchens, worked with vendors, created menu's and recipes, and have worked my way from the ground up! I am looking for change though and want out of the big kitchen and in to yours! I left my past career to become a Professional Fly Fishing Guide and I am steady to finishing my 2nd year guiding! It is my dream to continue being a Chef while pursuing being a Guide. I am loyal, have great work ethic, punctual and am open to what works best for you!
