I have 4 years of cooking experience from high volume, turn and burn seafood. Too intimate setting open kitchen concept. Ive been a part of opening a new establishment in Portsmouth, NH. I'm very open minded in my nature and love trying new things. Currently looking to move to the Moab area for the winter months. As far as what I want... I just want a job, and to be proficient and helpful as I can. I take pride in my work, from salmon fishing to carpentry.
