Seeking a private chef position in Naples Florida. Paying very close attention to dietary needs, restrictions and culinary preferences. Working with diets including organic farm to table, vegan, gluten free, paleo and Mediterranean. My experience includes Private Chef for a prominent Naples family, the Executive Chef of two private Clubs, Sous Chef of Relais & Chateaux properties, (one a Five Star/Diamond for the inn and restaurant.) Worked in collaboration with two Certified Master Chefs. As well as gaining valuable experience in Michelin Star and Leading Hotel of the World properties in England and Germany. I can also manage and direct vendors, orchestrate parties and events, keep to and prepare budgets, purchase wine from auctions, manage wine cellars and inventories. I am self motivated, pay close attention to detail, work well under pressure and can quickly adapt to changing needs and requirements.
