Chef in Winter Garden, Florida

I have been in several different areas of my profession, from executive pastry chef, to a cake decorator and baker. Recipe expert, catering, buffets, restaurants, and grocery stores. I also do some regular culinary. I've worked in several delis as well. I have traditional French training, but also some Italian, and German as well. If I've never made it before I can figure it out. I've started bakeries and helped ones that were struggling. I'm up for anything.
