Chef in Broomfield, Colorado

Hello I am Chef Larry Shore. I am curently winding down my time at Four Friends Kitchen in Denver. If your not familliar its a Southern/ American breakfast and lunch spot that is very busy. About 450 covers on Saturdays and Sundays. I was the Chef that Consulted for the owners for opening the restaurant, then they kept me on as the Executive chef. I was responsible for the entire kitchen operation from nuts to bolts as the owners do not have experience in the restaurant buisness. I can tell you with great confidence that I can work with you in many areas of the restaurant business. I have written menus and concieved the starting plan, food costs, recipes, station maps, prep lists, server description sheets and budgets for various concepts over the last 10 years. I have also run very succesful dinner restaurants as well. The Barrelhouse American Kitchen and Cocktails was one of them..... was an upscale contemporary American dinner and fine cocktail place I started with the ownwer Kenta. I have other reviews, photos and menus that can be supplied upon request. I have also had years of experiance In Mexican/Southwestern, American and Mediterranean cuisines. I have created award winning dishes in all these cuisines. I have a strong following in regards to my food and I can suply excellent references. I love good food. Its a part of my soul.
