I am a classically trained Chef and professional multi-tasker, recently returned to Georgia and ready to begin working immediately! My passion is cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients be it for your family, or a party of 200. I graduated from the Escoiffier School of Culinary Arts, Chef Track program in Boulder, Co in 2010. However, I also have over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry in the Front of the House. As a result, I am fully versed in sevice as well as all other aspects involved in the restaurant business. I have spent the last few years catering out of my home, and providing full time care to my aging mother and 5 year son. Consequently, I am exceptionally gifted at putting out fires, and anticipating other peoples needs. There is no situation I can't handle, and I can do it with a smile!!
