I've been a Sous Chef for about a year now and looking to get into cooking as a personal chef and teaching cooking skills. I'll be a graduate of culinary school next semester; I will also have my certified dietary manager degree as well. I'm classicaly trained and always looking for more challenging ways to cook and learn.
