1. Cajun Comfort - 3 courses selected from our standard menu served family style
2. Cajun Amore - 4 courses custom crafted for your event served plated
3. Cajun Boil - fresh seasonal shellfish (crawfish, blue crabs, and/or shrimp) boiled in Cajun spices with sausages, corn, potatoes, eggs, and mushrooms - best for large crowds
4. Amore Meals - weekly in home meal prep with a chef crafted menu suited to your dietary preferences
All services include shopping for the freshest possible ingredients; preparation, cooking, and serving in your home or at your venue; and kitchen clean up afterwards.
