Hi everyone, I'm Chef Steve the proud owner and operator of "Pinch Of Gourmet". I'm an extremely passionate and happy Chef who loves to share that passion with others through my good work ethic to strive for happiness in people to enjoy life a little more. My service provides a wide range of just about any Culinary need you'd have. For example: I will do Breakfast, lunch, dinner, just snacks, just hors d'oeuvres (appetizers), small plates, large meals, single platted dinners, 3-5 course (or more) platted dinners, dinner party's with single or sevral dishes, and even small to medium sized catering when manegable. I am very versital and adaptable being a classical style Chef keeping the good fundamentals about food and cooking alive but always putting my modern flare into it all and never just mastering any one kind of cuisine keeps me with an open mind. I don't have a set rate I go by always and I can charge by the plate, per person, or by the hour depending on what works best for both myself and you being as fair as possible. I will also go pick up supplies and ingredients needed for the meal. I am open to doing a one time service or an ongoing employment providing my services for you. I may take my work seriously but honestly I am a humble, down to earth guy who loves to make people happy and what better way than with food right? I feel lucky to have found something I enjoy this much as a career to invest myself into. Feels like I was born to do this with my approachable and out going personality to match with the passion.
