We do hand tossed, Italian-style pizza, using our own dough with only the best Mozzarella cheese. The pizza is baked in your oven which needs to be set at top temperature of 550 degrees. It has the characteristic crispy bottom and soft around the edges. All our customers tell us that we make their favorite pizza. All of our pizzas are made fresh to order in front of your guests, and people enjoy watching the pies being made—if time permits, come join in on the fun! We have no set list of pies we make, nor any set number we serve. We bring a wide variety of toppings and make what we think the crowd will enjoy. We’re happy to consider all requests so tell us what you like on your Super Yumm Pizza! Upon arrival to your house or business we will setup our pizza station. At this time we start to make the dough and preheat your oven, which will take approximately 60 minutes. Depending on your presentation style, we will next hand out our pizza forms so each guest can personalize their pizza. After the forms have been turned in we will take out the salad. Once we have all the forms we begin to make our Super Yumm Pizzas. Each pizza takes about 5-7 minutes to cook depending on your oven. Children are usually served first, unless requested otherwise. After all the pizzas have been served, desserts will be handed out. While everyone is enjoying their desserts we begin the clean up process. We will leave your kitchen the way we found it.
