As an owner of my restaurant I was quick to learn that ownership is like having guests come to your home . My 20 plus years with Hyatt had taught me to make everyone else feel that way , it's not the restaurant or catering business, it's the hospitality business. With that mantra in mind I have successfully met the clients expectations, both in the initial planning stages to the the last guest served.
