Tho my speciality is a blend of Latin Caribbean Comfort Food, combined with my unique touch and traditional flavors (while also being gluten and lactose free). My catering company uses only the only the freshest meats, seafood, vegetables and grains so I have access to purchase high quality ingredients at wholesale costs and pass that on to my clients! New customers encouraged to order a Combo Special from our menu to try some of my best dishes beforehand :) My ideal positions will be 1 - 3 days per week and am open to providing weekly meal services for busy families and individuals and also for special events such as birthday parties, business meetings, etc. Available on weekends as well.
