I was a personal chef for a family of 5 in Bucktown. I cooked all their meals. I worked in restaurants the past few years so I really enjoy cooking in a home. What qualifies me most is growing up in a very big food-centered family. The family I worked for is very health-conscious; they have a gluten-free & sugar-free diet so cooking for them has been a fun challenge. I fed them and their kids in the way the parents wish they could if they had time from their busy careers. I kept stock of their pantry, prepped everything, kept a grocery list, and help with the shopping. I also did their laundry and walked their dog. I have a lovely reference letter from my old boss!
