Hello there! My name is Daniel, I'm 28 years old and I am a chef trying to step out of the restaurant industry. I have acquired many techniques, methods and presentations over the last 10 years working in the restaurant industry. I have been employed by restaurants ranging from being a pastry chef at a fine dining called Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in downtown Denver, Pantry and Saute Chef at TAG Restaurant in Larimer Square, Saute Chef for Willie G's on 16th and Lawrence and my newest place of employment at Palettes at the Denver Art Museum as a Banquet Chef and also as Banquet Chef for Kevin Taylor's at the Opera House. Also, I have worked for your typical fast-casual establishments (Applebee's, BWW, etc.). Furthermore, coming from Texas I have a well-versed background in southern cooking, from Creole to Cajun and all different forms of curing (sausage, jerky). Although southern cooking is not my limitation. Some of the chefs that I have had the opportunity to intern under for nearly 5 Years are Masters in anything from Chinese, Asian fusion, French, Farm to Table and New American, Vegan and Vegetarian.. Luckily, there's a neighborhood gardener who grows an array of different greens that would meet your most dedicated of vegetarians expectations. All of which are of exceptional quality.
