Chef in Baltimore, Maryland

I am a chef in Baltimore that has extensive experience from culinary school to many top farm to table restaurants on into becoming a private chef 4 years ago. If you are familiar with Woodberry Kitchen than you have an idea of my background! I only work with the freshest product available and I try to be creative and innovative while still keeping to local traditions that we all find comforting. While I have an extensive recipe box that includes everything from Italian to Far East Asian cuisine I am always excited to hear what a client has in mind! I have had many clients with various dietary needs and I pride myself in being able to not only respect that but do so in the most delicious way possible. I have a degree in fine pastry arts as well as cooking that I acquired right here in Baltimore, and the majority of my experience has it's home here as well. With all of our farmers markets and other local markets for seafood and the like, it is a perfect environment for amazing food right in the home. I also offer classes and demonstrations. I have had clients throw food themed parties with my demonstration as the entertainment. It was so much fun - wine pairing, music, and a demonstration that becomes the food for the evening! I love to see people try something new, but I also love to help busy Baltimore families enjoy their typical meals at home as well when they just can't find the time.
