Chef in New York, New York

For the past 7 years, I have been working my way around the east coast determined to perfect my craft while learning how to specialize in French, Italian, and Eastern Asian cuisine. I was fortunate enough to be a part of talented teams and to be trained under highly accomplished chefs. From building successful restaurants and to working as dynamic leader in high-pressure settings, I have learned to form and supervise a high quality kitchen staff. I have now found myself living and working in the exuberant city of New York for the past year. With the variety of experiences I have gained from working in public restaurants and a residency, I am looking to utilize my skills and my passion for serving to be a private chef.
