I have owned and operated a private chef company for more than 12 years, first in Boston and now in Miami. I have provided personal chef services for a wide range of clients, including professional athletes, prestigious families, and many busy couples looking for healthy food prepared in the comfort of their home. I earned a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Management from Universidad Equinoccial (in Quito, Ecuador) in 2000. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris during the spring of 2007. In Boston, I was a featured chef at the Better Living Home and Garden Expo, Bloomingdale's, and the Expo Design Center's "Kitchens that Cook". I have also appeared in several publications, including the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, Daily Candy, Stuff @ Night, Harvard Staff Resource (where I was selected as the monthly "Harvard Hit").
