Chef in Jersey City, New Jersey

I am private chef with a specialty in small private dinners 2-20ppl. I have worked in NYC for 10 years most recently at Tokyo Record Bar for the last 6. I am efficient in procuring any cuisine but my specialty remains Japanese-American. 5 course or family style Same menu would be: • Gougeres/ Lobster Salad/ Sesame •Tuna Tataki/ Yuzu Kosho Vinaigrette/Crispy Rice • Seared Chicken and Foie Gras Dumplings/ Agedashi •Porchetta/ Ginger-Herb Stuffing/ Shiso jus/ Chimichurri •Miso Creme Brulee These parties would be $100 per person. I also offer dropoffs for parties or meal prep for the week. Price to be discussed. I am available Fridays and Saturdays for Parties. Drop offs can be set for any day.
