I've been cooking since I was 6 yrs old. My parents have owned 2 restaurants, which I was the manager of the 2nd one. There isn't much I can't cook I can make anything from scratch. What I'm looking for is a eco-friendly work environment! With a well trained staff so we can together serve the best tastiest food possible in ample time!! I looking for a permanent job to retire from in 12 to 15 yrs..... I'm definitely a people person and work very well with others!! I will be 43 in November so I've been cooking around 35 to 36 yrs.... Let's see what we can do for each other.
