Chef in Northridge, California

I have experience with high volume kitchens, national school lunch program, fine dining, baking, catering, rehab facilities and private chef services. In my current position, I am responsible for providing lunch and dinner for the girls living at the Alpha Chi Omega sorority house at USC. I handle all menu planning, food prep and ordering of food and supplies needed. Previous positions have allowed me to gain experience in hiring, training, disciplinary corrections, and terminations. I have also worked with special diets such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free, and Diabetic as well as accommodating various allergen restrictions. I work well with budgets and need very little supervision. I lead by example and there is no job I wont do myself.
