Cooking is a passion and a door way to happiness. Classic French cooking with Cajun influence along with my own SW style mix. I love to keep things interesting in every aspect and using local fresh ingredients to help amplify a dish to its maximium potential. As an avid hunter and fisher I love preparing fresh caught wild game and serving it the way it was for years, simple.
