I am a native of Charleston, SC , growing up around my grandparents and parents teaching me Southern Cuisine. I attended Trident Technical College where I received my Associates in Culinary Arts. I have been working in the food industry for about 5 years , cooking is my passion I love that you can tell stories just from a dish that is prepared , I am currently employed at a 5 start Hotel where I am a sauté cook , I am ready to continue my passion with others and show my talent off . seeing others happy and enjoying dishes that I prepare makes me so happy , food is the key to anyone’s heart and making others happy makes me happy !!!
