Coming from daily fast food eating and unhealthy habits, gradually I have been determined to recreate mind and body benefiting cuisine flavor flair first in all venues of food service. My quest has led me first, to Bachelors honors in culinary- nutrition arts at Johnson & Wales university then to sunny socal where for over the last two decades I’ve been developing flavorfully healthy goodness for thousands of people from all walks of life! I offer classes, small scale catering, kitchen cleaning and organizing makeovers and private chef services.
