I am an extremely passionate chef who has been professionally cooking since 2010 . I attended the Culinary Institute of America for two years and quickly became a Sous Chef for Mcloones’s Restaurants of N.J. I’ve been everything from a Pizza Chef for a Mom and Pop to the Executive Banquet Chef of a $59 million dollar company . Since becoming vegan in 2016, I’ve focused on a cleaner and healthier lifestyle to share and help with others . I am very organized and neat, with a wide range of culinary knowledge. I can do private parties, banquets, cocktail parties, plated dinners, meal plans, private chef services and even cooking lessons.
