Hello, my name is Chef Joc, I have been cooking in the industry for 5 years. I originally started my cooking career in the great tourist city of Charleston South Carolina, where I picked up a verse amount of skills working in some of the best restaurants in Charleston. Also were I attended CIC( Culinary Institute Of Charleston). My cooking style would be described as Southern with heavy Italian influences I come from a city were agriculture rules so I would also be considered a farm to table chef as I look to cook healthy colorful meals that will have you begging for more. Cooking for me is a passion that gives me great joy only second to cooking for someone who really enjoys food and that same passion.
