Me I'm a usually a good guy to get along with just don't like a line with two heads too much clashing. I love team work everyone gets out sooner . Also want to own my own bistro, if that's any thing to consider. I am thirty four years great aged cheddar.aslo willing to learn any abilities the executive chef has to offer.
