Over the last thirteen years I’ve been cooking in New York City in a variety of capacities. I am accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with high standards and expectations for production, service, and profitability. My work experience in fine dining has also provided me with the essential time management and coordination skills required to execute the daily service, in-house special events and off-premise catering. In addition, I am accustomed to preparing and executing daily product orders to a variety of purveyors. I also have experience in conducting payroll and coordinating schedules to meet the demands of individual employees. I am a hard-working, eager individual who is continuously seeking a challenge. I have a strong desire to succeed and the willingness to learn and grow professionally. I cook with passion and pride myself on creating an exceptional dining experience for all guests. One of my specialties is incorporating local, seasonal and fresh ingredients in daily menus. Working as a Restaurant Chef has heighted my interested in a career path as a Private Chef. I am a determined to expand my experience and set forth on a new career path and apply my passion for cooking in a new and different culinary setting.
