I'm Rebecca, a passionate Chef based currently in Murphy, North Carolina. I'm originally from central Florida where I got my start cooking in my family's Italian restaurant. For the past 15 years, I have traveled the world as a seasonal resort chef to experience and work with as many different ingredients and cuisines as I could encounter. I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of exotic places including; the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, South East Asia, and all over the Continental U.S. I love using my knowledge and creativity to create captivating dining experiences.
