I am a Chef with over 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, including time spent as a personal chef to high profile clients. I have a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and have achieved the first of four certification levels from The Court of Master Sommeliers. Former employers include the prestigious 5-Star rated Stein Eriksen Lodge in Utah, and Nantucket Island Resorts.
Services: I can accommodate in-house and outdoor meals ranging from 4-30 persons, as simple or extravagant as you need. I am personable, great with kids and am willing to engage with your guests about the meal. I can provide the input of beverage pairings in wine, beer, cocktails. Kitchen must be provided and I own the professional equipment that most household kitchens do not have. Your menu is always up to you with the deepest respect to food allergies and preferences.
