I come from an rural small town in northeast Tx where I played on dirt roads, swam and fished in springs, rivers, and lakes and climbed the highest trees in the thickest bush/woods. To add grew up farming herding livestock, gardening my own organic produce, raising chickens with two pet pygmy goats named Kidd and Nanny. In my teen yrs I moved to the east coast with my family from Trinidad and Tobago that lived in Brooklyn New York and the DMV areas. Growing up i always had artistic talents and the passion for cooked food. After some yrs of soul searching and maturing i made my way up to Rhode Island to Johnson and Wales University. Working myself up still to gain respect as a chef I've learned that I'm unique in my background and upbringings.
