Need functional nutrition cook experienced with ketogenic diet to design and implement a dietary program for my brother in law who has had recent chemotherapy/radiation therapy for throat cancer and has difficulty swallowing. Recently had traumatic injuries including traumatic brain injury. Ketogenic diet has been shown to improve TBI and reduce recurrence of cancer.
