The culinary world has been my life for the past 15 years. I am the founder of a research project based in the town of Cidra, Puerto Rico, called POpUP Culinary Guerrilla. POpUP Culinary Guerrilla is an Ephemeral Restaurant Concept and R&D platform that focuses its values on sustainability and ethical consuming. It has been a great ride for the last 6 years or so, and a wonderful learning experience. The main interest being, experimenting with the best ingredients and learning, most often than not, from trial and error, in order to propose new strategies and methodologies conducive to the execution of an ideal, sustainable, business model. I am a self taught cook with a strong design background. I have recently devoted some time staging at some of NYC’s top restaurant groups including but not limited to Chef’s Michael White Altamarea Group, Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Jean Georges Von Gerichtein Culinary Group, The Dinex Group and Empellón Group. Working alongside top tier chefs have sparked my desire to attain excellence in what I do for a living. I hope to meet you and cater to your food needs by means of delicious and healthy concoctions for your personal enjoyment.
