Hello! Do you WANT A JOB that works around YOUR schedule? Do you need to pick up extra shifts to help make ends meet? We are looking for qualified staff to work all types of events throughout the South Bay!! Prep/Catering *Possess excellent knife skills--able to wash, peel, chop and slice! *Experience with common kitchen equipment and knowledge of safe use. Grill *Experienced with short order cooking. *Multifaceted and able to take on numerous stations in the kitchen. *Well-versed in breakfast, eggs, omelets, pancakes, breakfast tacos, etc. *Must be able to take a lot of orders and multitask well. *All food will be made from scratch so this person must be experienced in making/preparing fresh ground burgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers, salmon, etc. Line and Station Cook *Experience in different line stations: saute, grill, fry, fish, butcher, pastry, breakfast (eggs made-to-order), etc. *Able to produce and prepare food according to changing menus. *Assist other associates to ensure all kitchen duties are completed within given time constraints. *Enjoy cooking in a variety of environments and thrive in fast-paced, high pressure situations. *Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while considering presentation, serving food and clean-up. *Knife skills required. *These will either be made to order or very small batches.
