Hi my name is Chiko I am 35 years young and have been cooking from an early age. My mother is a chef and has passed on all her knowledge to myself. In addition to that I have developed myself along the years working in various restaurants ranging from the best of Britain to African, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Argentina, Mexican, Spanish, French etc. I am also skilled in healthy eating having a good balanced diet is important, a barbecue specialist I bake makes sweets the list goes on. I know the nutritional value of food and take pride in that. I have designed and created menus and have worked for some big restaurants. I love food and love to cook it.
