I am a motivated classically trained chef with extensive pastry experience. I bring the unique perspective of both a savory and sweet background to the table (pun inteded). Along with time spent in the back of house, my engagement in service and bartending has honed a set of skills that helps me be more detail oriented in the kitchen and extremely comfortable engaging with guests. Always reading, testing and looking to learn the science behind food; I am consistently refining the skills of my craft. With over 10 years managing in high production, fast-paced kitchens; remaining collected in high pressure situations is second nature. I am looking for a project to challenge me to build upon what I have learned in the past 15 years in hospitality. Creating happiness through food and great service is my ultimate goal!
