Chef in Wake Forest, North Carolina

I would be delighted in providing in-home cooking classes where I would be teaching the fundamentals of cooking while giving you a hands-on approach. In addition, if learning to cook isn't your interest, and you want to focus on enjoying a beautifully prepared meal it would be my pleasure to prepare a delicious meal (or meals) to whatever your palette desires. A little more about myself, I attended Johnson and Wales University-Charlotte from 2009-201... and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Culinary Arts and Food service Management. To gain experience, I worked at Myers Park Country Club for five years and worked my way up from prep cook to Sous Chef. During that time I had the opportunity to work with two Certified Master Chefs and the U.S. Culinary Team. In 2017 I decided to pick up from Charlotte and move to Wake Forest where I held a brief Sous Chef job at Northridge Country Club. Most recently, I was the Chef and Kitchen Manager at Over The Falls in downtown Wake Forest.
